Shipping Policy
Most orders placed on our web site by 3PM EST on weekdays will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3PM will ship the following business day. You will be advised via email if the ship date is longer than a week as shipping arrangements for some items may need to be coordinated with third party entities.
Standard shipping
We ship all orders via UPS. Some larger items will require freight shipping, which you will be notified of in a seperate order email. During checkout, you will be presented with different shipping options. Choose the option that best suits your needs whether it be overnight delivery or the cheapest option. If your billing address is a P.O. Box, please include your physical address as the shipping address for faster delivery.
Return Policy
What can be returned?
Returns are at the sole discretion of Engineering Innovation and will only be accepted if the product is in the same condition as when purchased. This includes the product packaging.
When do items need to be returned by?
If a return is granted, the item must be returned no later than 7 days after an RMA has been issued.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact us via email or by phone to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.
Where do items need to be returned to?
After obtaining an RMA number, the product can be returned to:

What shipping method should I use for returns?
Customer is responsible for shipping charges for all returns.
How do I obtain credit back for returns?
Your credit card or credit account will be refunded once the item is received and inspected.
Product Packing Material
The product's packing material must be in the same condition as when it was originally shipped.
